HOW IT WORKS

 

1. You bring an item in to us or send a request online for a valuation.

 

2. We will let you know how much we can lend based on the resale value of the item you offer for security.

 

3. If you accept the offer you must register in store with at least two forms of I.D.

 

4. Once registered we will issue you with a pawnbroking contract.

 

5. You can redeem the goods at any time during the 6 month period and only pay interest the days you had the loan.

You MUST keep your pawnbroking contract safe and return with it to collect the item. To collect the goods you must pay the original loan amount plus interest owed. Partial payments can be made at any time throughout the Pawnbroking agreement reducing the interest owed and payable. At the end of the first 6 months you may also take out a new agreement for a further 6 months but we don't recommend using

HOW IT WORKS

 

1. Visit your local store, give them a call or check their page using our Find a Store section for today’s currency rates.

 

2. Visit the store with the sterling or currency you wish to exchange.

 

3. For transactions under £2500 we will ask you for your name and postcode. Transactions over £2500 will require two

forms of identification.

 

 

4. We will give you the currency you requested. Major currencies are held in stock but sometimes for large amounts or unusual currencies we may have to order the currency for next day delivery.

 

(To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, in certain situations we may ask you to provide further identification or proof of funds)

HOW IT WORKS

 

1. Bring the cheque in to your local store or call, they will take the details and inform you if the cheque can be cashed and

what the charges will be.

 

2. You will need to register in store with very specific identification, please contact the store to verify what will be needed, we cannot cash any cheques without the correct I.D.

 

3. We will issue a contract stating the terms and conditions of cashing the cheque that you must sign, you will also receive a copy for your records.

 

4. You will usually receive the full amount of the cheque less any fees however in certain circumstances we may offer you partial payment with the balance collected once the cheque clears.
